Computer systems and networks is a module that i am having to take whilst studding for my degree I first asked myself how would this relate to an engineering degree? once starting the module i then realised that we did all aspects of computing one of the topic which our coursework was bassed on was data compression, Jpeg being one of the main talking points. having to program our own game is proving very difficult and time consuming. (university is not meant to be an easy ride so its not all just drinking which i believe to be advertised wrongly as university are advertised as one large party)
I have now realised that this module is there for a very important reason and it relates to many of the engineering industry's greatly, from the construction industry (which im interested in) were we are now moving onto having many different domestic advancements were people are now able to use there phones to turn there lights of and other such things. This all works by computer systems with the aid of the internet and networks. this is a complex system but having this module makes things all become clear if any readers can shred any light on this subject please do not hesitate to add youre piece.
